for everyone
The Chinese Birth Calendar is causing a bit of a stir  with it's rather uncanny ability to predict the gender of a baby even before conception.

For whatever reason, a lot of expectant parents absolutely can not wait until the birth of their newborn to find out whether they have a little girl or a boy. It is true that knowing the gender of the newborn before the birth can bring forth its advantages such as knowing which color clothing to purchase and whether to paint the babies room pink or blue, while on the another side of the coin, not knowing the gender of the child up until the birth can provide the new mum-to-be something to wonder about while going through the efforts of labor.

In this innovative world the best known common way of defining the sex of the unborn tot is by having an ultrasound inspection, this routine is very steadfast and with up-to-date technology and the new 3-D scanning systems you are able to see fairly clearly whether the sweetheart is male or a female.

Before we had these perfect scanning systems the methods to uncover the gender of the newborn within the womb was done in some quite eccentric and peculiar customs, the use of dowsing was most likely one of the widespread prevalent ways, when all's said and done this consisted of a baton or rod with a small piece of string tied to the end from which a ball was attached, this would then be held above the womans womb and the gender of the little darling was defined on which way the cord and ball rotated. While this may look quite extraordinary to a lot of of us, nothing is more peculiar than the current rush of websites that are featuring the Chinese birth calendar.

Over 700 yearsago a very weird and intriguing discovery was made in Beijing, the principal city of China. This unearthing was a humble graph that apparently predicted the sex of a baby even before conception. The Chinese birth calendar computes its results based upon the womans age and the month of conception, by drawing two straight lines one horizontal relating to the womans age and one vertical for the month of conception, the spot where the lines unite is the foreseen result of the gender of the tot.

While numerous expectant mums accept as true this table to be exceptionally reliable in its predictions, and a little believing it to be as much as 90%, we fervently recommend that it only be used for its fun factor, although the chart is currently on show at the Beijing Institute of science, there is no scientific confirmation that we know of that can give any endorsement to the mechanism of the Chinese Birth Calendar. It is somewhat somewhat amusing that the Chinese birth calendar predicts that a 21-year-old girl who conceives during the months from February to December will bring forth a baby girl, this is quite a astonishing prediction that somehow seems a little far fetched to us.

If you are expeciing a baby then you might wnat to tell us wheteher the chart was right for you, by enetering the answer in the poll at here http://www.squidoo.com/chinesebirthcalendar Just keep in mind, being in the family way should be a wonderful and fun time for all mums-to-be so we recommend that you have a little fun with this table and do not take it seriously.
